Central European Olympiad 2023
The Central European Olympiad in Informatics was held in Magdeburg, Germany, from the 14th to the 18th of August. This year 48 contestants from 12 teams competed.
The Ukrainian team consists of:
- Andrii Smutchak, a 10th-grade student of Natural Sciences Lyceum No. 145 of the Pechersk district of Kyiv, finished 13th and took silver;
- Daryna Karpenko, a graduate of Khmelnytskyi Gymnasium No. 1, finished 15th and took bronze;
- Andrii Stolitnii, a graduate of the “Polit” Science Lyceum at the Regional College “Kremenchuk Humanities and Technology Academy named after A. S. Makarenko” of the Poltava Regional Council, finished 18th and took bronze;
- Alisa Potomkina, a 10th-grade student of the “Akademiia” Gymnasium in Kyiv, finished 21st and took bronze.
