Balkan Olympiad 2022
The Balkan Olympiad in Informatics was held in Bucharest, Romania, from the 3rd to the 8th of October. 62 participants from 16 countries took part in the olympiad. The Ukrainian team won two bronze medals and one honourable mention. The team consisted of:
- Daryna Karpenko, an 11th-grade student of Khmelnytskyi Gymnasium No. 1 — bronze medal (coach — A. V. Popyk).
- Vladyslav Lozovyi, an 11th-grade student of Zhytomyr Lyceum No. 25 — bronze medal (coach — S. S. Zhukovskyi).
- Dmytro Prosiannikov, an 11th-grade student of Vinnytsia Physics and Mathematics Lyceum No. 17 — honourable mention (coach — A. O. Porkhun).
- Andrii Stolitnii, an 11th-grade student of Kremenchuk Lyceum “Polit” — certificate of participation (coach — V. I. Melnyk).
